Resolution Helpers

The holidays are over, but those 30 pounds you gained are definitely still there! Or maybe its that unsightly clutter or smoking habit. Whatever you resolve to achieve this new year, you should not go about it alone, and since the web seems to be people's most popular choice for advice, here are a few websites that can help you reach your new found goals!

1. Joe's Goals
This website is a free online habit tracking center. You can set up goals in a calender fashion and then score yourself on your daily productivity. The possibilities are endless and the easy and fun interface makes it a breeze.

2. SELF Challenge
For those eager to lose weight this year, you can pick a program tailored to your workout habits and goals online. You will get workout plans and tons of forum help. You can also track your workout and diet in special journals and charts. The workout generator updates your calories burned and you can update your weight to see real time progress. Best of all, its free!

3. Revolution Health
This is an online resolution keeping tool that has goals ranging from physical health (eat right and quit smoking) to emotional health (be a better parent) preset. Choose a goal and then join a group where you will find group support, forums, ideas, personal stories and many other helpful resources. You can also start your own group for customized goals.. all for free!

Cuteness from Coach!

I absolutely love Coach! Now if only my love for Coach matched up to the money in my Coach wallet...




While perusing the Coach website, I came across the new Madeline Collection. They are simply gorgeous! The totes come in a variety of colors and textures like colored leather and zebra, but my favorite is the signature. Each one comes with a different mini scarf tied in a neat bow on the handle. One will set you back $498.


Then, I saw the new Janelle flats. These are so adorable! I have always been a fan of the flats and these top the cake. They come in the signature fabric and sport a cute suede bow. For me, these are more doable at only $138.
Yes, Coach may be a peasant luxury when compared to Luis Vuitton or Versace, but I still love it!

2002 - Clonaid announced the birth of the first cloned human baby. The baby had been born December 26.
2002 - In Chechnya, at least 40 people were killed when suicide bombers attacked the administartion of Grozny.
