Britney Spears was spotted running a red light at a busy intersection last night with her kids in the back seat and (get this) the court ordered monitor scared for her life in the front! She doesn't even have a valid California license and the judge is considering forbidding her to drive with her kids in the car. I really don't know what has gotten into this girl...does anyone??
Yes, she is on her cellie! You can see the poor monitor crouched down in the front seat.
