Ok, so back to the story.
Ever since I was young I wanted to be a star. You got that part, right? Ok, good. My mother always assured me I could be anything I wanted to be and of course, I believed her. I had the confidence and air to achieve my dreams. Everywhere I went I acted like royalty, greeting people, dancing, singing, acting.Though some appreciated it more than others, like my grandmother more than the shcool principal, I was living it out on my way to greatness. So get a picture in your head. A cute little me in all of my fabulouness amazing people wherever I went. Great, now throw out that image. You see, I wasn't very viewer friendly. Yeah, I was kindof cute, but my story could also be called the ugly duckling, if you know what I mean. I was skinny, had unruly curly hair that my caucasian mother ( Im mixed with black and white) could not control, big teeth, and a lazy eye. All hidden behind huge, thick plastic glasses. Not exactly Shirly Temple. In my mind, I was Miss Universe, but that all changed when I entered grade shcool and was teased because of my looks. Oh, the cattiness and divastrocity of first grade girls!
